Fractional leadership allows a company to bring in experienced executive capability for a defined period and number of days, without immediately creating a permanent full-time position.

A consulting engagement may focus on analysis and recommendations. In a fractional leadership engagement, the executive can also take ownership of a defined scope and work directly on execution alongside your teams.
